Delete Account Policy

  1. Account Deletion Request

    Users have the right to request the deletion of their account at any time. Once the account is deleted, the user will no longer have access to the application. All associations with the user’s employer and related information will be removed from the system. If the user wishes to use the application again, the re-enrollment process will involve employer verification as outlined below.

  2. Employer Re-Enrollment Process

    After account deletion, users cannot log in directly. If they attempt to log in again, they will see an option to send an inquiry to their associated employer, if the mobile number provided matches an existing employer's records. Upon approval by the employer, the user will be re-enrolled in the system and will regain access to the application features, including loan services.

  3. Irreversible Action

    Account deletion is irreversible. All user data associated with the account, except for data we are required to retain by law or for operational purposes, will be permanently removed from our system. This includes any active employer associations or loan eligibility.

  4. Account Deletion Restrictions (Active Loan)

    If a user is undergoing an active loan or has any outstanding financial obligation, the account deletion option will not be available until the loan is fully paid off and closed. All loans must be settled before the deletion process can proceed.

  5. Data Retention

    Upon account deletion, certain information may be retained to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, or enforce our agreements. This may include records related to financial transactions, including loan histories and communications with the employer.
